The GROW Programme is delivered through licensed providers who are authorised to teach the GROW Formula® and support practitioners to implement it.
Licensed providers deliver the Programme using the core evidence-informed curriculum while applying their own expertise, delivery style, and professional context. This allows the GROW Formula® to be implemented in ways that suit different practitioner communities while maintaining the integrity of the framework.
All providers operate under licence and meet the required standards for delivery and participant support.
